YOUNIQUE PRODUCTS :- MOONSTRUCK 3D FIBER LASHES

I was recently asked by a representative of  "Younique Products" to trial their "Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes". £23 plus P&P

I must admit when i first heard of this product i was very skeptical of how a gel glue and fibers would work.



Packaging 

Wow very fancy packaging i think you would agree ?
To start with i thought that someone had sent me some glasses in a case, but when i opened it the tubes were very nicely tucked inside with the instructions.

Product 

As you can see there are 2 tubes inside and an instruction leaflet.
1 x Moodstruck Transplanting Gel
1 x Moonstruck Natural Fibers



* First you need to apply your everyday mascara to your lashes as a base coat and allow to dry.

* Apply 1 coat of the transplanting gel, this gel is dark like mascara and smells of copper.

 * Before the gel dries you have to apply the fibers which are like little hairs and will stick to the eyelashes giving that thick look.

Repeat this process  as many times as you like.

This is the end result, I am wearing Collection gel eye liner and have used a nude color from the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette. 


The Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes set is a new eyelash enhancing duo that provides an increase in thickness and volume to your lashes while still looking completely real and natural.

Ingredients

Transplanting Gel .........water, beeswax, carnauba, iron oxide, collagen, acrylates, copolymer, nylon, stearic acid, propylene glycol, 


Natural Fibres..........100% natural green tea fibres.


The Pro;s 

* No mess
* Easy to follow instructions
* You don't lose eyelashes
* Even application so both eyes look the same, difficult to achieve from false eyelashes

The Con's

More expensive than average mascara, i think personally due to the cost of the packaging.


I would recommend this product to others for nights out, my personal opinion is that it is too heavy for day to day use but great for special occasions.
